Cornerstone onDemand Revenue Marketing Manager (United States, REMOTE) in Boston, Massachusetts

Cornerstone is looking for a creative, results-driven, Revenue Marketing Manager who has a knack for creating compelling (and bold) campaigns. As a Revenue Marketing Manager, you will work closely with regional sales and BDR leadership to create cohesive programs and campaigns that produce pipeline and revenue.

This role owns their segment and will have the resources and budget needed to build a scalable model that supports the revenue needs of the business. The ideal candidate has experience working with sales, superb relationship-building skills, isn’t afraid to test new things and the can within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

In this role you will…

  • Design lead generation, nurturing programs using tactics such as segment-specific nurtures, demo request, direct mail campaigns, pipeline accelerators, re-engagement campaigns and support our target account program.

  • Work with cross-functional marketing (product marketing, analytics, brand, event, partner marketing) and sales team to develop compelling assets that will enable you to customize campaigns according to personas, verticals, funnel stages, etc.

  • Support the field sales reps and BDRs by managing communication and hosting interlock calls to ensure alignment. Serve as sales’ point of contact to gather and share feedback.

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to continuously improve the quantity, quality, conversion, and cadence of leads across organic and paid channels, including social, search, and display

  • Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals

  • Monitor, track, and report on the goal attainment of your segments, and program success metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on how to improve contact database intelligence

You’ve got what it takes if…

  • 4+ years of field marketing experience, preferably with a B2B software company.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels of management, conceptually and tactically.

  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.

  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers

  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstration of a metrics-driven, analytical approach

  • Strong market research skills

  • Exposure to digital and social marketing campaign techniques

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience utilizing B2B Martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Pathfactory, Demandbase/Engagio
