OVERVIEW
The Revenue Marketing Associate Director will serve as a key member of the North America Provider Leadership Team to support development of the Go to Market (GTM) strategy, help identify additional growth opportunities, align pipeline goals and activities with sales leaders and manage regional marketing managers.
LOCATION: Waltham, MA (Remote work is available for East coast candidates)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Director supports Clinical Effective (CE) North America Provider segment by leading, and implementing strategic, performance-based marketing plans and strategies.
Work closely with sales leadership to build tight feedback loops to optimize efforts across the funnel. Must have experience driving pipelines for sales teams.
Develop a thorough knowledge of the Healthcare Provider market, monitor trends, and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing leadership about what seeing.
Create and manage a qualified, accurate marketing opportunity pipeline that is reviewed bi-weekly and converts to new business with a strong conversion rate. Establish KPIs (MQA, pipeline, revenue) and understand underlying drivers to build a strategy and identify new opportunities, track, measure, and report results
Develop and manage the quarterly and annual planning to drive growth and support retention. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, and the extended Marketing team to optimize existing tactics and introduce new strategies and programs to accelerate our growth across channels and segments. Implement ABM program across key markets
Manage Commercial segment event planning and execution to meet reach and lead commitments
Create and manage budgets, lead models, scoring, and analytic tools to track campaigns, optimize performance and achieve pipeline targets
Develop a high impact, results focused marketing team that thinks strategically and executes effective and efficient awareness, lead generation and retention programs.
Support implementation and roll-out of the ROI calculator
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to build a high-performing team. Establish performance goals and support team members in their professional development; provide ongoing feedback. Ensure the team is aligned through KPI reporting and regular qualitative check ins and ensure the team is executing effectively through regular goal reviews and monitoring of KPIs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Required Experience
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of broad marketing experience, with a track record of managing marketing contribution to revenue
Experience with Healthcare industry is preferred
Collaborative leader who can work effectively as part of a cross functional team and with functional marketing colleagues
Innovative and creative thinker who is driven to maximize market opportunities and successfully address challenges along the way
Thorough understanding and experience of implementing marketing strategies, tactics, and measurement
Adept at relationship building and delivering value for internal stakeholders
Experience delivering results across a matrixed team environment, including working with stakeholders outside of marketing
Demonstrated team management
Demonstrated budget management and forecasting
Experience with digital marketing technologies (ABM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
Track record of employing data driven decision making to optimize marketing program and team performance
Trusted team leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members to perform at their best, and who supports and encourages individual skills development and personal goal achievement
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Up to 20% travel
