You Are:A Strategy Consulting guru with tons of experience with Revenue Growth management (RGM)/Sales & Commerce Strategy in the Consumer Goods & Services industry and top-flight leadership and management skills. Your expertise? Advising clients in the CG&S industries on data-driven RGM, Sales and Commerce strategies to transform their business operations or business model so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a senior manager, you’re a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. And you’re a problem’s worst nightmare, thanks to your prodigious analytical and creative chops. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades, along with a strong desire to work in an information systems environment.
Support the development of Accenture’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/ Sales & Commerce Business with select CG&S clients in North America.
Identify and shape a multi-year pipeline of opportunities to drive transformational value for clients in Sales & Commerce/RGM (across Accenture’s service lines) based on a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and the industry context
Lead client engagements in key Sales & Commerce/RGM strategic areas including defining a client’s approach (across levers), designing an operating model to embed change, designing a client’s analytics strategy
Leverage Accenture’s service lines to design, develop and deploy the appropriate solutions for the client.
Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
Be a Sales & Commerce/RGM thought leader in CG&S and support the development of the firm’s assets & offerings
Here’s What You Need: 1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the consulting industry at a consulting firm and/or relevant industry including specific experience in one or more of the following:
Modern Trade Customer Management
dCommerce – managing on-line retail
Route to Market, including Distributor Management
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Field sales and digital outlet engagement
Commercial process design and implementation
- A Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points if: You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $147,500 - 305,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
