Candidates must reside in or near, New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, for travel, as needed.

Your role in our future

Quadient has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager covering New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Candidates must live in NY, CT, or MA, and be willing to travel as needed to support the sales team.

This role will manage a team of outside B2B account executives. We're looking for a high-energy individual with outstanding leadership skills and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing an outside, B2B, sales team.

  • Proven track record of sales success.

  • Experience in "business impact" selling skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce).

  • Proven recruiting and retention abilities.

  • Expertise in leading and supporting complex solution sales.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Passionate and high-energy leader who motivates the team towards success.
