How will you make an impact?
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for monitoring, developing and continuously refining Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) strategy and execution towards growth and support of the DOA/TDM/ISD business.
This individual will work closely with commercial marketing, sales, global marketing, regulatory, quality assurance and technical support to ensure that our market leadership position is constantly expanding relative to the competitive landscape.
This is a key role responsible for both defining and serving the North America DOA/TDM/ISD market with products and services customized to customers' needs.
What will you do?
Lead the development and execution of innovative Regional Go-to-Market growth strategies and tactics (i.e. marketing campaigns, programs, collateral and projects) to drive adoption, increase product utilization and ensure on-going usage.
Own the development and monitoring of annual DOA/TDM/ISD marketing plans and budget aligned with the global strategy.
Collaborate with marketing communications to ensure channel optimization and content alignment based on marketing plan objectives.
Represent North America for DOA/TDM/ISD in global strategic planning and provide on-going market intelligence to the global business unit.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market dynamics and competitive developments
Routinely partner with North America Commercial Sales Leadership on strategy execution, promotional activities, pricing guidelines and business reporting requirements.
Routinely communicate with the commercial sales team regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices, and new product development updates.
Define and implement regional launch plans for new products.
Analyze, revise, coordinate and communicate with Global marketing the necessary product forecasts.
How will you get here?
Bachelor's degree required, preferably within chemistry, biology, medical or relevant business area.
Proven experience in product management or marketing in the IVD industry especially toxicology, immunoassay, clinical chemistry and instrumentation products.
Skilled in development and execution of campaigns, promotions and other key downstream marketing functions.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Experience with digital marketing and CRM (Salesforce.com).
Experience in commercial product launch in the healthcare industry.
