As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, Early Career, your work will focus on the early career candidates to grow their understanding of, and affinity for, the value of building a career at Facebook. You will help plan and execute acquisition, engagement and optimization strategies to support our recruiting teams in meeting the yearly hiring goals globally. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with a proven track record of executing effective digital marketing and content programs that create interest and active consideration by target candidates.
Identify and craft key stories that help our target audience understand what it is like to work at Facebook
Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences
Partner with the recruiting, brand, events, campaigns, and content teams to develop and implement acquisition, engagement, and consideration strategies from all sources: associations, conferences, career fairs, etc.
Manage, test, and scale strategies and activations to grow the top of our candidate funnel for our early career audiences
Work with hiring teams to identify talent profiles and key decision drivers that would attract those individuals to the organization and integrate that knowledge into marketing campaigns
Use data and reporting to inform decisions and frequently share results and impact with cross-functional partners and leadership
Creative and empathetic thinker
understanding the target audience and helping build custom digital experiences will be critical
Leading and building high performing teams exhibiting strong people manager behaviors of showing care
10+ years of experience in marketing, and branding
3+ years People management and leadership experience
Experience building, optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion and engagement using data-driven strategies
Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of campaigns
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and experience to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
Bias-to-action and focused on results
