Our client, a leader in organizational change management, is seeking a Readiness Liaison to join their team. As a Readiness Liaison, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream supporting the BEST Readiness Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Readiness Liaison

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

What's the Job?

• Assess the readiness of agencies to adopt new business practices and provide support in these efforts.

• Promote the adoption of new enterprise functionality and guide agencies through policy and procedure changes.

• Maintain checklists of tasks for agencies to complete prior to go-live, ensuring all requirements are met.

• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and disseminate communication materials in a timely manner.

• Develop agency-specific readiness plans that cover operational and technical readiness.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 - 5 years’ experience in change management coordination.

• Experience with transformational change initiatives and preparing people for technology changes.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence others towards a common goal.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer-based tools including Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
