ManpowerGroup Readiness Liasons (4) in Boston, Massachusetts
Our client, a leader in organizational change management, is seeking a Readiness Liaison to join their team. As a Readiness Liaison, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream supporting the BEST Readiness Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
What's the Job?
Assess the readiness of agencies to adopt new business practices and provide support in these efforts.
Promote the adoption of new enterprise functionality and guide agencies through policy and procedure changes.
Maintain checklists of tasks for agencies to complete prior to go-live, ensuring all requirements are met.
Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and disseminate communication materials in a timely manner.
Develop agency-specific readiness plans that cover operational and technical readiness.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 - 5 years’ experience in change management coordination.
Experience with transformational change initiatives and preparing people for technology changes.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence others towards a common goal.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer-based tools including Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
