Facebook R4R Program Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

This full-time Program Manager will be an extension of the R4R team and will be responsible for driving the hiring and operational rigor of the CWX program for the global recruiting organization. This person will be leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the program, identifying processes, resources and tools that improve productivity, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with Recruiting hiring managers, CWX program and staffing POCS to advise, educate and influence on a wide range of CWX hiring initiatives

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Employment Counsel, CW Teams, Finance and people planning teams globally to drive hiring, strong level of client service and process at scale

  3. Identify issues proactively based on discussions with business partners

  4. Influence at all levels of the organization and being willing to have difficult conversations

  5. Track record of partnering with recruiting or teams with data-driven insights

  6. Define, measure and analyze and implement process improvements

  7. Design and manage ongoing CW programs such as sourcer development

  8. Communicate trends, findings and blockers regularly to global recruiting leadership and Ops Pocs

  9. Identify and remediate program inefficiencies that decelerate hiring

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce

  2. Vendor management and/or recruiting experience

  3. Customer service experience

  4. Analytical and problem solving experience

  5. Communication experience

  6. Experience interacting and influencing all levels of an organization

  7. Vendor or program management experience including upholding SLAs
