Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Project Manager of Oncology Portfolio Marketing to join their team. As a Project Manager of Oncology Portfolio Marketing, you will be part of the Product & Portfolio Management department supporting the Oncology Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, meetings management, marketing and/or sales which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA (On-site 1 day/week)

What's the Job?

• Lead the MLR System and Process

• Support Print & Fulfillment Lead

• Lead meeting planner for meetings

• Develop and distribute comprehensive guides, tutorials, and training sessions to maximize the use of SharePoint tools.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, meetings management, marketing and/or sales

• Expertise in MLR Operations, including leading MLR meetings is required.

• Experience in meeting planning is required.

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics execution.

• Experience and proficiency in managing multiple projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, communicate effectively across all functions.

• Ability to develop creative approaches to accomplish work/problem solve.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Positive attitude, energetic and proactive.

• Proficiency in VEEVAPROMOMATS, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint and aptitude to learn new software as required.
