Our client, a leader in public sector transformation, is seeking a Program Readiness Lead to join their team. As a Program Readiness Lead, you will be part of the Change Management department supporting the Program. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee a team of readiness liaisons and collaborate with agency representatives and software integrator staff.

• Develop and manage the end-user readiness strategy and plan for the implementation of a new financial solution.

• Conduct change readiness assessments to evaluate agency preparedness and inform updates to the program plan.

• Coordinate agency change readiness activities and deliverables in collaboration with agency champions.

• Provide regular reports on challenges, potential risks, and mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in change management coordination.

• Extensive experience working with large organizations to assess impacts and implement action plans.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
