Meta Program Manager - Publishing Services in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

Reality Labs is seeking an experienced program manager with significant partner management and/or developer relations experience to join the Publishing Services team within Programs, part of the Developer Ecosystem organization. You will help develop and execute Reality Lab’s strategy for the Quest Publishing Program (QPP), a services offering for our developer partners.You will play a key role in the development of a successful developer ecosystem by advising a portfolio of developers and partners, while focusing on program impact as we partner to deliver a suite of services to improve their business outcomes. Your work will support the scaling of our content portfolio while accelerating developers at the forefront of building new experiences. You will be highly cross functional as the role requires collaboration with Developer Strategy, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Store to ensure a measurable and coordinated outcome. You will be a key member of the Programs team, which designs, grows and facilitates programs including Start, MHCP, and Publishing Services. Our programs cultivate a diverse and compelling content ecosystem and drive developer and builder success as we build toward a connected metaverse.

Required Skills:

Program Manager - Publishing Services Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of developers and partners creating for Quest, guiding the creation of developer-led go-to-market plans focusing on launch success and sustained business growth

  2. Partner with developer strategy, PMM, Data Analytics / Data Science to design new service packages that align with individual developer business models, contribute to Meta’s business priorities, and integrate into org-wide initiatives

  3. Improve program infrastructure and operational efficiency by establishing and documenting new systems and processes for new types of content vertical supported, when needed (e.g., trackers, vendor management, playbook/runbook)

  4. Author both internal and developer-facing communication focused on best practices, guides, and program presentations

  5. Set, track, analyze, communicate, and execute against key program performance metrics

  6. Support relevant vendor management, execution, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years experience in program management or go-to-market marketing, working with various developers, partners, or portfolio of studios

  2. Demonstrated experience crafting campaigns for consumer-oriented applications

  3. Demonstrated project management experience working with multiple agencies, publishers and vendors to deliver results from ideation & concept through successful execution

  4. Familiarity with VR, MR, or similar emerging technology

  5. Experience focusing on insights and data and translating that into impactful projects or programs

  6. Proven communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

  7. Resourceful, action-oriented with the experience to get things done independently

  8. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  1. Knowledge of virtual reality business models and solutions, especially for developers focusing on media, entertainment, fitness, and other lifestyle content verticals

  2. Understanding of or experience in working with consumer communities, including building, scaling, and managing communities

  3. Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized

  4. Skilled and experienced writer (e.g., proposals, project summary, case studies)

  5. Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the experience to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of Meta, including all levels of management

Public Compensation:

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
