Position Overview

Autodesk continues its mission to digitize and focus on our customers success and the future of our partner engagement and collaboration is essential to this. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to scope and implement the future of partner engagement automation and integrated workflows. You should be an excellent communicator and able to present and advise senior management on new and industry best approaches to Partner Relationship Management and supporting tools. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

As a Program Manager, you’re on the forefront of advancing Autodesk Channel Sales teams strategic goals. You manage multiple, related projects in a coordinated way, achieving benefits that could not occur if the projects were handled separately. You will play an integral role in shaping the experience, collaboration, and engagement with our channel partners. Building effective automation between Autodesk and the Channel will be a key advantage for Autodesk in driving toward realizing its Strategic intent of growing our business.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding industry best practices and rationalizing how best to leverage that knowledge to advise on re-imagining partner engagement automation

  • Establish industry connections to facilitate research on best practices

  • Proactively works with business leadership to identify a long-term roadmap

  • Collaborates across multiple groups and builds connections between teams & solutions

  • Influences at executive level

  • Collaborates on large-scale business problems and participates in conceptual solution design across teams

  • Work with the Project Management team to identify risk and define mitigations to implement alternative solutions

  • Work proactively with stakeholders to resolve critical issues

Minimum Qualification

  • At least 10+years’ experience in Product/Program management

  • PgMP Certified

  • 5+ years’ experience working in an indirect sales environment using a Partner Relationship Management solution

  • Have a strong foundation in technology architecture, (SFDC an advantage)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile development environments

  • Highly prefer someone located on the East Coast for US and Canada
