Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Our vision is fearless creativity that redefines social. We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee program management for Facebook app’s consumer marketing creative. This leader will be responsible for establishing a vision for the team, influencing marketing needs and plans with a creative business vantage, planning and leading team architecture, and oversight of successful campaigns. This leader will play a crucial role in shaping the next chapter of creative and marketing for the Facebook app brand. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple large accounts in a global agency or creative and marketing operations experience in-house with a global brand. Our ideal candidate will also be a builder who can frame ambiguous problems and projects into outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead with vision in working with Creative X leadership and Marketing leadership

  2. Lead and inspire a team of program managers on multiple marketing verticals

  3. Guide program managers in building and optimizing systems, tools, and standards to improve marketing creative quality and effectiveness

  4. Influence marketing plans and product roadmaps for the Facebook App

  5. Proactively identify important problems for Facebook App marketing plans, and identify strategic and creative solutions with a broad perspective

  6. Create strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across the product, marketing, communications planning, analytics and research organizations, with an ability to garner alignment

  7. Plan and understand resource requests, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams

  8. Lead prioritization of projects and resources based on impact and company objectives

  9. Operationalize complex initiatives quickly, simply and clearly

  10. Oversee creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various brand and product launches

  11. Develop and coach to ensure the team is sharing creative work in an insightful way with the right stakeholders

  12. Effectively lobby and win support for major campaigns, creative innovation and new initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 12+ years experience working in a digital product marketing company, creative agency, tech company and/or design consultancy

  3. 5+ years of team leadership experience

  4. Marketing account management/program management and operations experience with oversight of multiple businesses and/or accounts

  5. Cross-functional collaboration experience at a senior level with design, strategy, media, research/planning, analytics disciplines, and product teams

  6. Experience in the technology sector with examples of contributions at both strategic and operational levels

  7. Experience establishing priorities, strategic problem-solving and multitasking

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years experience working in a digital product marketing company, production studio, creative agency, tech company and/or design consultancy

  2. 8+ years of team leadership experience

  3. Global experience in managing creative campaigns

  4. Experience working with product teams
