About This Role:

We are looking for a Panel Development Program Director to lead and implement strategic programs to grow and manage Comscore’s Digital Consumer Panels. Comscore’s panels form the basis of many Comscore products and are integral to the companys success. As the Panel Development Program Director, you will be responsible for developing programs to target consumers with offers to join the Comscore panels, analyzing their success, and driving program changes to improve panelist retention and participation.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the activities of a team responsible for panel development and management programs.

  • Manage and drive complex panel recruiting projects, processes, and strategic initiatives working with cross-functional teams including product management, technology, legal, finance and analytics resources

  • Develop new and manage existing relationships with a variety of partners and vendors and work closely with them to achieve success.

  • Oversee the analysis and reporting of the performance of panel recruiting programs and panelist quality.

  • Recommend and lead implementation of improvements in recruiting and retention programs and user experience with hardware and software.

  • Oversee analysis of panel composition, utilization, and optimization.

  • Develop content and user experience flows for website and communications.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, marketing, product management or other related field, 2+ years managing direct reports

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience analyzing data to spot issues and identify opportunities

  • Enthusiastic self-starter mindset with an ability to work highly independently to achieve objectives, manage multiple projects, and flourish in a dynamic environment

  • Experience developing and managing relationships with vendors and/or partners.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport virtually.
