The team

InSightIQ combines consumer data and analytics with deep industry and domain expertise to curate powerful, relevant insights. It actively monitors and aggregates real-time consumer, macro, marketplace, competitive, and economic data to predict how and when brands can win in the marketplace-the outside-in perspective that turns insight to a competitive edge.

High Level Role

The Product Strategy Specialist is the client facing first line of defense for converting data into insights with a focus on delivering business development materials - RFPs, Proposals, Client Discussions and project delivery. Their primary role is converting data from the date engineering and data science team members into actionable insights for clients. They will also spend time building new capabilities for the business though that can be elements that are less technical (e.g. marketing materials/quals/etc.).

  • Deliver projects with clients using the InSightIQ data and assets

  • Manage relationships in Deloitte and with clients, Represent the assets/products across Deloitte and to prospective and current clients

  • Support analysis and storytelling in business development, selling efforts that leverage InSightIQ data and assets

  • Work with development teams, legal, and risk to ensure that business requirements are incorporated in the asset development process and to eliminate roadblocks

  • Partner with various functional teams including Go-To-Market, Customer Success, Delivery, and Product

  • Support the development of marketing collaterals such as presentations, sales tools, marketing collateral, and product demonstrations

  • Source new asset ideas to invigorate the portfolio's potential

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university; Advanced Degree is a plus - equivalent work experience may act as a substitute to degree requirements

  • 2 + years of proven success in a fast-paced product management or management consulting role in the marketing analytics space

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience across a combination of management consulting, product management, or an innovative software-based startup

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with a track record of developing talent

  • Strong Experience with PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel

  • Familiarity with analytics and statistics

  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes

  • Clear oral and written communication skills to present to client senior executives and Deloitte leaders

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action

  • Great organization skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and for creating new sources of revenue growth

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate team-oriented personality and working style

  • Strong analytical background combined with solid business experience

  • Willingness to travel (40%) periodically - as future will allow given current COVID19 restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience is highly desirable

  • Experience crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations

  • Experience working across brand, sales, and marketing agencies

  • Familiarity with SQL, Big Data, and Data Science is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques

  • Familiarity working with graph database and high-performance web applications.

  • Experience in agile software development methodology, and use of agile software development productivity tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence)

  • Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines
