Aristotle Capital Management Product Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our team.
The Product Specialist acts as a bridge between investment teams, shared services, and clients, supporting equity products with a focus on U.S. small-cap and small/mid-cap equity strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in equity product management, strong analytical skills, a passion for investment products, and proficiency in communicating technical concepts.
What You Will Do:
Generate written content including white papers, thought pieces, commentary and other ad-hoc qualitative Marketing content.
Collaborate with various internal teams on projects and business initiatives impacting equity product lines and supporting business priorities.
Provide input and coordinate with internal partners regarding small-cap and small/mid-cap client and prospect deliverables, including portfolio reporting and commentary.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the small and mid-cap equity strategies for the distribution and marketing teams, providing detailed insights and analytics to address client and prospect requests.
Develop and conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research on market trends, client needs and key competitor products to inform product positioning and distribution strategy.
Assist the team with marketing research to assess the competitive landscape and identify areas of differentiation and opportunity to contribute to idea generation for new content.
Contribute to the development of ongoing training and education for internal partners regarding the small-cap and small/mid-cap equity strategies to ensure a deep understanding of the products, promote product enhancements and features and provide ongoing support.
What You Will Need:
7+ years of relevant financial services work experience, ideally with a focus on equity product management.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a major in Finance, Business or Accounting, preferred or equivalent work experience.
Series 7 and 66 licenses required, or the ability to obtain within 2 years.
Possession of or progress towards CFA designation is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with a team, as well as execute responsibilities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and technical tools, with strong mathematical and quantitative skills.
Working knowledge and experience with a variety of capital markets software applications and analytics tools, such as: Bloomberg, eVestment, FactSet, MPI Stylus Pro, etc.

Compensation Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
This position is a hybrid role, located at one of our offices in Boston, MA, Los Angeles, CA, or Newport Beach, CA.
