Our mission is to create Digital Twin technology and solutions that will transform how buildings are designed, built, and operated.

The Tandem Marketing Team is looking for a Technical ­Marketing Manager that will play a key role in creating stories to enhance the visibility of this innovative new technology.

Location: Boston or US Remote, #LI-Remote, #LI-Hybrid


  • Create a rich, continuous pipeline of compelling marketing content to engage potential and existing customers, including but not limited to white papers, web pages, workflow videos, presentations, webinars, case studies, blogs, and social media content

  • Partner, develop, and maintain relationships with other professionals at Autodesk, including Product managers, Customer Success Managers, Product Marketers and Thought Leaders

  • Learn and quickly understand sophisticated technical details and engage in alpha and beta releases to gain early insights into upcoming software releases

  • Define content roadmap, build, and fulfill content marketing plans in pursuit of business objectives around awareness and product adoption

  • Review content performance, report on successes, and continuously iterate on what isn’t working

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or marketing-related fields

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in AEC-O related fields and huge plus if you have experience in the owner/ operations space

  • Ability to create and write clear stories on a wide range of AEC-O, digital transformation, and digital twin topics for targeted audiences

  • TED talk level communication skills. Must be able to give a presentation rather than reading content from PowerPoint

  • Self-starter able to manage your projects autonomously with excellent follow through

  • Utilize technology for storytelling, mainly through copywriting, static imagery, videos, and novel tools

The Ideal Candidate

  • Inspirational and enthusiastic. You can inspire audiences with your genuinely positive outlook on new technologies

  • Experience or knowledge with the following Autodesk applications: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Tandem

  • Proficiency in Camtasia and Adobe creative cloud

  • Experience with managing social media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management tools such as Sales Force campaign manager

  • People describe you as a technical marketer who can create fun stories out of complex materials

  • A storyteller that is grounded in expertise in industry and is credible to customers, while being fun, engaging, and appropriate for all levels of audiences
