Location: Ann Arbor, MI or Massachusetts Remote

How will you make an impact?

The Product Marketing Specialist III, HPLC will be responsible for helping create and operationalize go-to-market strategies for existing and new market segments by incorporating customer needs, competitive dynamics, portfolio positioning, product requirements, and increasing our brand awareness.

What will you do?

  • Working with the Product and Vertical Marketing teams to help create Business Unit level marketing plans

  • Helping develop the portfolio vision and continuously communicating it to internal and external stakeholders

  • Leading initiatives and tactics to drive demand for products in the portfolio through positioning and marketing promotions

  • Coordinating and synchronizing marketing-related activities with other functions of the organization such as Divisional Marketing, and Commercial teams

  • Creation of content for marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, blogs, eBooks, videos, selection guides, and customer success stories

  • Conducting market research and voice of customer (VOC) for data driven decision making by obtaining and interpreting market information via surveys, market analysis, focus groups and customer feedback

  • Taking an active role in seeking and supporting customer feedback as a regular part of marketing activities

  • Developing and managing deliverables for New Product Introductions

  • Supporting the creation of training material and tools

  • Working on special projects as assigned in connection with the Business Unit goals and strategy

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Chemistry.

  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Hands on experience in Chromatography and LC-MS required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of portfolio positioning and content creation.

  • Ability to understand technology and articulate strong customer value/benefit propositions.

  • Proactive, independent, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team.

  • Demonstrated confidence in written, interpersonal and oral communication.

  • Strong execution skills.

  • Ability to travel 10% - domestic & international (Post COVID).
