Ovia Health Product Marketing Director in Boston, Massachusetts

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Director to join our Enterprise Marketing Team. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Marketing, the Director will be responsible for the development and execution of a product marketing strategy for B2B channels - employers, payers, channel partners and consultants. This individual must bring digital health and health benefits experience, financial acumen, market-facing presentation skills and in-depth understanding of product positioning, packaging, pricing and messaging to benefits and managed care buyers (women’s health experience a plus). This leader is an exceptional relationship builder both internally across product, clinical and sales and shared services to drive actionable market messages and action plans, and also serve as a product ambassador externally to support sales, client management and business development activities across the customer lifecycle.

What you will be doing:

  • Relentless focus on Voice of the Customer for employer and health plan markets through continuous evaluation of competitive and industry trends to actively ensure market differentiation and support sales in delivering annual revenue targets.

  • Design, plan and execute B2B collateral (sales decks, 1 pagers, case studies, data analysis etc.) to support new and existing products with employers and health plans

  • Own product messaging framework and packaging/positioning evolution with roadmap enhancements and active monitoring of the competitive landscape and trends

  • Own product market intelligence - be the expert and synthesis point on buyer needs, market gaps and key buying criteria. Maintain refreshed documentation and train teams cross-functionally to inform product, marketing and sales strategy to support prioritization toward growth goals.

  • Work collaboratively with promotional marketing functions (PR, demand gen, user acquisition, events) to ensure consistent voice and market presence, and to inform market positioning plans.

  • Serve as an essential liaison to translate Ovia’s product roadmap into market-facing values, partnering closely with product and sales leadership.

  • Grow and maintain a spirit of shared mission and values to transform the future of health outcomes for women and families; breaking the bounds of what’s possible with insightful attention to Ovia’s product-market fit in order to realize growth goals. Spread culture of thinking ahead throughout the marketing team.

Performance Metrics:

  • Contribute to overall pipeline and revenue growth of the company with existing and new business

  • Leadership of B2B marketing strategy and action plans (employer, health plans and channel partnerships) in close collaboration with product and sales leadership (GM and heads of client services, employer sales and health plan sales) to design and execute GTM strategy

  • Establish, track and measure KPIs for marketing in partnership with overall Growth strategy

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years experience in a B2B senior marketing leadership and execution position for a digital health or SaAS based product.

  • Deep experience marketing to employer, health plan and benefits consultant buyer audiences (women’s health experience a plus)

  • Proven experience and superior skills building and leading external sales presentations and building marketing strategies to support sales in engaging buyer relationships

  • Superior planning skills; leading cross-functionally to drive creation of product marketing plans and keeping teams accountable for actions and measurement of results across product package options.

  • Executive-level communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver clear messages internally and externally

  • Collaborative, creative personality that embraces leading through ambiguity, and sets clear action plans in partnership with stakeholders

  • Expertise in cross-discipline influence and translation ability, to ensure sales and client services needs are met while building strong relationships cross-functionally; serve as a culture leader for continued growth as we scale.
