Verint is expanding our Go-to-Market Team with leaders in several different solution areas. The Go-to-Market organization is a critical function within Verint that combines traditional product marketing, some aspects of product management, and strategy in a role that lives at the center of all that we do to bring our solutions to market. There are several key areas where we are seeking talented individuals to join the team.

  • Interaction Analytics : Verint is the leader in this exciting solution category. With the greatest market share and the largest year-over-year increase in the number of customers, Verint is poised to retain its frontrunner status in this space. In a recent analyst report, we achieved perfect scores for all customer satisfaction categories. As companies transition their teams to work from anywhere and the voice of the customer becomes more important, Interaction Analytics becomes a must-have application for organizations.

  • Back Office : Verint is a leader in this solution category. Our solutions for the back office drive significant value for organizations. As noted by a leading analyst, Verint has a “commanding leadership position for sales of workforce optimization to back offices and branches.” We are poised to extend our leadership position. And, because this area is not deeply penetrated, there is a tremendous opportunity to grow this area of the business.

  • Enterprise Data : Data is perhaps one of the most exciting areas of investment and opportunity within customer engagement. Verint has long been a leader when it comes to capturing interaction and experience data. We’ve recently expanded our offerings in this area with the introduction of our Engagement Data Management (EDM) solution. As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you would drive the innovation for our enterprise data hub and the associated enterprise data strategy so that Verint solutions can continue to drive value for leading organizations around the globe.

Overview ofJob Function:

As the Director of Go-To-Market Interaction Analytics you work alongside other members of the go-to-market team to drive the go-to-market strategy for solutions within Verint’s industry-leading portfolio. You will shape how we take our solutions to market – how we position, sell, and develop. Your focus will be on driving business growth for solutions within the Verint Customer Engagement Cloud Platform. As a member of the Go-to-Market team, you will help define the strategy that will be critical to creating and maintaining Verint’s competitive advantage, delivering solutions that create significant value for customers, anticipating future opportunities, and driving continued market leadership and growth for Verint..

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Business Results - own the offering by driving the strategy that will lead to improved positioning in the market.

  • Innovation - define market requirements for your solutions using customers’ needs, market dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape as inputs.

  • Messaging - develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Verint and resonates with buyers, highlighting business value, impact, and ROI.

  • Content - partner with marketing and sales enablementto develop compellingcontent that reinforces offering positioning and messaging.

  • Sales enablement – work with the sales enablement team to deliver compelling training for our global sales teams and partners in support of new offering launches.

  • Thought Leadership - influence industry analysts, media, and customers to share Verint’s vision for the market and our solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years in software solutions marketing, product marketing, product management or go-to-market experience.

  • Proven ability to drive the strategy of a market leading software solution with double digit annual growth.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment to garner support, transfer enthusiasm, spark innovation, drive execution and resolve conflicts and challenges.

  • Effective at interacting with a wide range of audiences, including the executive level, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communications abilities.

  • Effective problem solver with strong business acumen, creativity, and analytical skills.

  • Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across a diverse and matrixed organization

  • Extensive experience with SaaS software

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills at an executive level

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with speech and/or text analytics applications.

  • Familiarity with contact center and/or workforce optimization software solutions.

  • Experience in managing cloud-based enterprise software solutions.
