Job Description

Zift Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director with a background in product marketing, sales enablement and project management. Acting as the conduit between Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will lead in all aspects of go-to-market strategy, positioning, sales enablement and go-to-market execution. You will strategically partner with the rest of the org to make sure that customers and prospects receive the right messaging and communication, product experience, lifecycle marketing content, and more.

You will be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment and will engage with employees of all levels across departments, including directly working with the Senior Director of Marketing.

Location(s): Office based in Jersey City, NJ; Cary, NC; or remote

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading Zift?s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness of ZiftONE and various features and services that help drive channel success for our prospects & customers

  • Partnering with the Product & Sales teams to shape positioning and messaging that differentiates ZiftONE from our competition

  • Owning & executing research on the market, competition and customers to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth. Have a strong baseline understanding of why we win or lose customers.

  • Connecting outcomes of market, competitive and customer research to our content development, brand development and demand generation efforts

  • Building a best-in-class sales enablement program to align & educate Marketing, Sales & Product to create a better experience for our customers & prospects, and create and curate the assets required to empower the team to be successful

  • Working closely with industry analysts to stay abreast of channel trends & knowledge, and integrating that knowledge into our product, messaging & go-to-market strategy

  • Immersing yourself in all things channel, interviewing & soaking up knowledge from SMEs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years in a product marketing / enablement manager role

  • A great communicator in all forms and media

  • Can seamlessly bounce between key teams in the organization, acting as a valued voice in each

  • Obsessed with prospect and customer needs, and can help Zift & ZiftONE meet those needs via creative storytelling, enablement programs and strategic go to market planning

  • Have an affinity for research and are a skilled interviewer that loves to talk to SMEs, ask questions & integrate that knowledge into our work

  • Love problem solving and fast-paced, constantly-changing environments.

  • Solid project management skills and you are comfortable managing others and motivating them to get work done

  • Can speak the language of the channel - whether you?ve worked in it before or not

  • Equally comfortable taking direction or creating your own path

Travel Required: If and when travel resumes, this position will involve some travel to corporate offices for internal meetings and occasionally to attend events and customer meetings. Some international travel is possible.
