Job Description

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.

Responsibilities

Coordination, implementation, and management of compelling content campaigns that engages target audiences, builds subscribers, and promotes the Oracle Health mission to create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.

Our team is looking for a Marketing Manager to help create the content engagement framework, align strategic messaging, write compelling content, distribute communications for maximum engagement, and build an active community of people aligned to the Oracle Health mission. The person we hire for this role will align closely with brand, product marketing, and content strategy team members and leaders to ideate, implement, and manage campaigns that build brand awareness, content engagement, and customer pipeline activity.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate, implement, and track multi-channel social media strategies, content plans, and tactics

  • Collaborate closely with event teams, content creators, product teams, to create and maintain a robust content presence on social

  • Create, manage approvals, and post unique and adjacent third-party weekly content across intended social media platforms and sites

  • Contribute your ideas and help develop campaigns, assist in the auditing of all branding initiatives, websites, and materials

  • Identify and share current trends in health and popular culture

  • Work with creative to create and launch exceptionally designed content that represents the value Oracle Health brings to the market

  • Create reports, monitor, and provide feedback on implemented campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned

NECESSARY SKILLS

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Exceptional “catcher” and organizer of tasks and prioritized actions

  • Design savvy that allows you to recommend visuals that align with content

  • A curious nature to develop credible and appropriate content sources that build a strong and engaged community

  • Ability to analyze digital marketing efforts, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Attention to the details ensuring what we create and distribute is brand aligned and something we are all proud to share

  • Exceptional focus and follow-through on tasks associated with each campaign

  • Confident and comfortable in verbal and written communication to persuade, encourage, and successfully convince all organization stakeholders to meet deadlines

  • Courage to share disrupting ideas and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or high school diploma or equivalent with at least four years of progressive experience in the marketing specialty in lieu of each year of secondary education

  • More than two years of B2B campaign management experience

  • Marketing automation tool and workflow development experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support onsite execution and event management

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience or a functional, working knowledge of Eloqua, Wrike, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator

  • The ability to visually outline process flows, if/then scenarios, permission-based actions, and content interoperability

  • A working knowledge of digital asset management and content management best practices

  • In-house marketing experience
