You are curious about how things work and can articulate your learning and teach others. You take ownership to iterate and improve all your deliverables and meet team objectives.

You understand a full cloud lifecycle. This growing team is expected to deliver features and innovation in the cloud continuously and, in doing so, also regularly collaborates with customers and partners to collect and act on product feedback. You act as a product liaison with engineers and senior PM to prioritize product enhancements and coordinate release materials. You have prior experience working in a global environment to deliver and adopt cloud software continously. You will be at the forefront of Oracle’s key strategic initiatives leveraging AI/ML and creating value for our customers.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Strong academic or professional technical expertise working with enterprise software focusing on data, analytics and some exposure to chatbot, digital assistant, intelligent document recognition, or search technology

  • Solid writing portfolio including business proposals, functional specifications, presentations, videos, blogs for multi-phase delivery

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey technical concepts with simplicity and clarity to a global audience

  • Self-starter with efficient time management, high energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, dream big

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Interdisciplinary programs combining humanity, finance, and technology

What will you do as a Product Manager at Oracle?

  • You will dive deep into an ERP key initiative - understanding the business context, brainstorming with R&D, managing cross-function projects, and delivering release materials.

  • You will partner with fellow product managers to connect the dots across features to ensure a holistic user experience in the end service.

  • You will partner with fellow UX designers to conduct user testing and validation and collect feedback to improve future features and experiences.

  • You will harness the data and telemetry to understand user adoption and measure objectives and key results.

  • You will write the product demo scripts and produce compelling training videos.

  • You will be comfortable working with a diverse team globally with a geographically dispersed team in various time zones.

  • You will learn, grow, and be challenged. You will speak up and represent your position amongst peers and leadership while remaining resilient and open to constructive criticism.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
