Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a new Product Management leader to join our consumer appliances team. The ideal candidate will bring rich consumer products experience in product management, strategy, and/or product innovation. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual who has a passion for translating consumer needs in to 5-star products.

This product development team is responsible for end-to-end research, design, manufacture, and delivery of all beverage appliances for the At Home and Away from Home market segments. In this role you are responsible for being the product champion and will work in close partnership with our Engineering, Consumer Insights, Quality, Marketing, and Industrial Design teams to ensure flawless development and execution on new product introductions.

What you will do:

  • Leads cross-functional and project teams to deliver strategic recommendations on products

  • Define new brewer business cases and deliver against key targets, including brewer cost, volumes, and in-market consumer/customer validation

  • Responsible for developing and executing product initiatives that support the broader short term and long term objectives of the company

  • Develop product requirements and creative briefs to drive new product development activities

  • Direct Consumer Insights team in development of research that informs product strategy

  • Lead cross functional team through Stage Gate process to develop new products

  • Analyze market data, consumer insights, product performance, and making strategic recommendation about product and product line roadmaps

  • Engage deeply with our customers and consumers and drive research to inform product strategy and program target setting

  • Track projects against set objectives, analyze and evaluate success of the projects, and pursue path to optimization Manage continuous improvement of product line to meet emerging consumer needs and optimize business performance

  • Strong leadership understanding of the products role in the portfolio and impact to the profit and loss of the company

  • May require up to 10% travel at times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, and/or related field preferred, MBA plus

  • Experience with product management, new product development, and product line management

  • Experience with connected products plus

  • 7+ years of total professional experience, 7 years in a similar role preferred with demonstrated success launching products to consumer and/or commercial market

  • Flexible mindset and passion for product development and consumer packaged goods

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of the organization and externally with partners

  • Flexibility - Able to shift priorities quickly and remain calm and focused under pressure; able to manage multiple projects/requests and meet deadlines

  • Exercises good judgment; understands when to involve others in the decision-making process

  • Ability to interface with technical resources in developing and designing brewing systems and Sales team on go-to-market activities

  • Possess ability to manage highly complex projects with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast
