Your Impact

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a strong marketing background? Comfortable with product life cycle management? Price performance curves? Product road-mapping and ideation? If so, we'd like to hear from you! Our dynamic Product Management team ensures the financial success of innovative product lines through strategic product decisions and deep market understanding. This position will be responsible for building our new continuous environmental monitoring system product line, targeting the life sciences market and introducing new products to the market.


  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of environmental monitoring sensors, software and integrated systems products for the life sciences industry

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

  • Ability to distill complex workflows across customer personas to define commercial specifications and conduct voice of customer to confirm domestic and global market requirements

  • Fundamentally understands how wireless environmental monitoring sensor and systems offerings fit into the Clean room, pharma and biotech marketplace, including defining customer use cases, establishing recurring revenue models (SaaS) and staying ahead of emerging market trends

  • Develops and prioritizes the backlog of user stories for the scrum team. Ensures that the Scrum team understands required features and functionality being delivered in each Sprint

  • Negotiate work with the Scrum team, by discussing the priority and team’s capacity and velocity. Serves as the liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team

  • Communicate product strategy to other functional areas such as engineering, sales, digital marketing and other key stake holders within the organization including executive management

  • Enable sales and orders growth targets by actively driving product life cycle management, road mapping of life science products and services and driving new product ideation

  • Monitors IoT related technology trends, regulatory drivers, evolving security protocols and competitive threats to ensure long term product differentiation in conjunction with the technical team

  • Drives and is excited by Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities to ensure a current and relevant understanding of the customer needs

  • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our continuous environmental monitoring system (CEMS) and its features across primary market segments

  • Support customer issue resolution and manage order status with operations where necessary

  • Research/Analytical skills: Use a variety of in-product and external data sources and to provide insights. be intentional about what to collect, understand the why, and have a plan in place to action results from the results

  • Understand the customer Journey: putting your customer and end user front and center, from their initial awareness to product adoption. Moving users through the stages of the customer journey with increasing speed to drives acquisition and increases growth

    Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing clean room related products and systems.

  • Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum methodology with JIRA experience preferred.

  • Specific experience in product marketing for life science products as they relate to industrial sensors or monitoring equipment.

  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service models (Saas). Experience with international sales & marketing a plus

  • Ability to drive simultaneous sustainment projects while prioritizing long term strategic activities

    Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in the sensor or a similar technical industry


  • BS in an engineering or related discipline required, MBA preferred but not required.

    TRAVEL: <10% of overnight travel required for the position.
