CodaMetrix (CMX) is a multi-specialty coding AI-platform that translates clinical information into accurate sets of medical codes for patient care and revenue cycle processes, from fee-for-service to value-based care models.

The Product Manager III is a vital member of the Product team who reports to the Senior Director of Product Operations. They will be responsible for working cross-functionally across the organization with external stakeholders and Product leadership to document product requirements and use cases for new or enhanced medical coding automation solutions. The solutions of CodaMetrix span across multiple clinical areas, such as radiology, pathology, surgery, and emergency medicine, and may include both healthcare delivery and payor organizations. This role will be to focus on the Amplify Product, working primarily as the liaison to the Amplify Program to execute the executive leadership’s corporate vision.
The ideal candidate for this role can interpret and translate client business needs into quantified requirements for the Product Owner and the product development team. They must be able to work with healthcare providers and revenue cycle specialists to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help steer the direction of product development. This role will also spend time understanding and listening to clients’ current state workflows and documenting a vision for a future state with CodaMetrix products. This role will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to support the company’s product vision, goals, and initiatives.
This is a remote position. Some travel may be required.
You should have significant consumer product management experience and a track record launching of at-scale product launches
Ability to tackle an independent work stream and drive progress is key
Premier product professional with 5-10 years of experience , including product management for consumer offerings
Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics
Ability to collaborate with different teams, including engineering, machine learning, and operations, using outstanding influencing skills and strong senior-level communication abilities to drive decisions
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment

Experience/affinity for tech, healthcare, and revenue cycle services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work with c linical and r evenue c ycle stakeholders to determine opportunities for automation
Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap
Manage documentation of product for internal consumption as well as d elivery of documentation with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties as required to integrate their solutions into CMX products
Run beta and pilot programs with new and updated product versions
Be a customer advocate and voice of the customer
Perform product demos to customers
Documentation of development milestones and epics
Work with the E ngineering, M achine L earning, and customer teams to detail, refine, and prioritize milestone plans
Lead cross - team effort to develop all product software release documentation, including the facilitation of the software release process and running the product release readiness meetings
Support the Sales team to help new clients and prospects understand how to help transform their workflows and highlight the areas the product can help them with measurable results
Partner with business resources to analyze overall project-related risks and issues and work closely with the implementation team. Create user stories and manage product backlogs using the principles of Agile and Scrum
Travel may be required
5+ years of product management experience
Experience with defining and delivering solutions within the product management lifecycle
Ability to translate customer requests and requirements into product specifications
Proven experience writing product documentation, including specifications and implementation and support documentation
Proven market research, business case, and competitive analysis production
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Participation in the full development lifecycle
Proven internal and external presentation expertise
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working in startup/ fast-paced environments
Experience in healthcare IT, particularly medical coding or revenue cycle
Experience in machine learning or data analytics
Agile software development experience using Jira and/or Confluence
Demonstrated success in defining and launching healthcare products
Experience in both start-up and well-established corporate environments
