Fiserv Product Manager, Associate - Borrower Support in Boston, Massachusetts
This position can work remotely anywhere in the United States. The preferred location is the King of Prussia, PA or Dallas, TX area.
What does a great Product Manager, Associate do?
You will provide market insights to increase the profitability of existing products and develop new products for Sagent Lending Technologies. Working with a geographically dispersed team, you will use your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects to drive product improvements for LoanServ Account Connect. You will need a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the market.
You will have the opportunity to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
As a Product Manager, you will be positioned as an expert in your domain, which will provide you an opportunity to continue building your career in the lending industry.
As a Product Manager, Associate, you can look forward to:
Managing components of Account Connect borrower self-service portal and associated products with focus on digital engagement for borrowers
Analyzing market trends using client data, industry studies and corroborative information
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and market participants
Conducting competitive analysis; understanding competitive trends, emerging competitive threats related to Sagent products.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
You’re the kind of person who:
Has experience working in a borrower related support role and has product management experience. You want to work in a dynamic environment where you will have an opportunity to make an impact on the business. You have the ability to communicate with all areas of the business and interact with clients.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Minimum 2 years of product management experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a borrower related support role or in a product management role working with loan servicing software
Ability to travel 25% of time; primarily domestic US travel
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Experience in a borrower related support role
Mortgage loan servicing experience
