Do you have a desire to be an integral part of a growing and diverse team? We’re looking for a Product Manager to enhance the Developer Experience of the IDBS Cloud platform! This person will make it easier for our customers, third-party developers and other software vendors to integrate with the E-WorkBook and Polar products.

Formulate the strategic direction for our APIs and other extensibility solutions, as well as the adoption of appropriate industry data standards, and evangelize IDBS’s integration strategy and capabilities
Define the API roadmap and work closely with our product owners and software engineering organizations to craft and deliver APIs, connectors, integrations, and extensions points to meet the integration needs of our customers and partners
Build IDBS brand awareness within the developer community by acting as the primary liaison to industry consortium (e.g. Allotrope, Pistoia) and our rapidly growing network of third-party partners
Develop and report on metrics that validate the utility and adoption of our platform APIs
Maintain the relationship with internal partners to deliver a coordinated sales and marketing plan, and ensure sales readiness to articulate our value proposition and capabilities
Bachelors or higher degree in a science, computer science, math or statistics is required.
Familiar with Agile software delivery methodology is required.
Familiar with R&D workflows and the application of key informatics tools including ELN, Inventory Management Systems and LIMS in either life-science or non-life science industries is required.
Experience supporting and integrating SaaS based products is preferred.
Familiar with the scientific informatics market space and ability to use partnerships to combat threats from other enterprise players is preferred.
Strong commercial and numerical skills, in business planning, strategy design & execution. Ability to define new investment business cases that articulate the market, business value, proposed investment and projected financial return is preferred.
This is a remote position and may require up to 15% travel.
