Mission of Role:
To provide training content and collateral to Sales and others in the organization focused on the essential understanding of a subset of Iron Mountain’s products/services portfolio in order support our internal customer in meeting the organization’s sales targets.
Title of Role:
Associate Product Enablement Manager to help enable and empower our internal teams with the relevant product knowledge for all products in our current portfolio and new products.
In this Role:
You will work closely with the Manager of Product Enablement and with the subject matter experts, product marketing, enablement coordinators and product managers to develop and design training and other content as well as deliver this content in a manner that coincides with appropriate training techniques and pedagogy. You will develop and deliver projects consisting of but not limited to eLearnings, virtual sessions, and curriculums that ensure consistency of understanding of our products’ value, functionality, and differentiators.
What You’ll Do:
Create and continuously deliver assets such as videos, commercials, talk track guides, podcasts, courses, job aids, learning paths, etc.
Conduct and/or facilitate training sessions with Sales teams
Maintain materials to be up to date
Analyze usage data to determine the success of content and trainings and adjust accordingly
Respond to requests for content and prioritize these requests
Maintain a roadmap for your assigned subset of the product portfolio to track content that needs delivered
Partner with other functions who need to utilize the content as part of their programs
Our ideal candidate has:
Relevant experience in learning & design, enablement, content creation
Former Sales background or experience is a plus!
Prior experience working for data management or records management companies is a plus!
Proficiency in: Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and ability to learn course design software and tools such as: Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Premier Pro, Camtasia
Experience or curiosity in Adult Learning Theory: understanding how adults learn and best retain information
Ability to analyze feedback and data to determine the success of a training program
Ability to internalize and aggregate the knowledge given by subject matter experts and present the information in a simplistic manner
Ability to connect product’s features and function capability to customer conversations and differentiating from our competitors
Very strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related degree
