About the Product:
Our online market intelligence SaaS product suite empowers brands and retailers attain maximum visibility into how their consumers experience their offerings on their digital journey. Right from the point of discovering their products and all the way to ordering, brands and retailers want maximum visibility into KPIs which enables them to succeed in a highly competitive environment. The product suite captures critical information such as product availability, competitive share of site, price indexing, retailer assortment and content/price compliance from thousands of competitive websites. The SaaS suite offers this data as manageable KPIs, actionable insights and detailed deep dives (as necessary) to solve both visibility and actionability challenges for brands and retailers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Shape the customer experience of our Market Intelligence products working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering and Analytics team members.
Work collaboratively as equal owners with Product Management and Engineering to create amazing user experiences that delight our customers.
Own and lead the product design process from ideation through release, using user research to identify needs, creating wireframes of user flows, and testing prototypes on actual users and internal stakeholders.
Design interactions within the product, ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex, greenfield experiences.
Present designs to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Employ an iterative design approach through rapid prototyping and usability testing of designs with end users.
Contribute to improving our design culture by developing design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.
Pitch your ideas to different stakeholders and lead productive discussions that result in an elegant and effective design.
Attention to detail to ensure that the delivered product from engineering is pixel-perfect, but a realist knowing that perfection is the enemy of the good.
Stay up to date with the latest UI trends and technologies.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience, working in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and/or stakeholders
Strong experience with end-to-end product design (web, desktop, or mobile)
Proven track record conducting successful product discovery, design sprints, user story mapping, solution prototyping, and conducting user validation sessions
Familiarity with modern practices including design thinking, rapid prototyping, product-led growth, and jobs-to-be-done
Strong portfolio demonstrating work in user experience, interaction design, and visual design.
Proficiency with Figma or Sketch
Knowledge of UI Frameworks such as Ant Design, Bootstrap, etc.
BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field preferred
Experience designing Enterprise B2B SaaS products is preferred
Self-driven and confident, yet never afraid to ask for help or seek second opinion
Enthusiastic collaborator and open to feedback
Travel - Occasionally as needed.
