Job Profile Summary
Works directly with clients to provide value added input on their strategic issues, identifies additional business development opportunities, and manages commitments for services delivery, managed service, or implementation oriented client projects.
Works within a specific area of expertise or region but may have responsibility across multiple practice areas and/or clients.
Essential Functions
Serves as primary owner of client engagements, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery quality.
Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets.
Responsible for significant and tangible client impact.
Generates new business opportunities.
Takes lead role in proposal development.
Manages client interface and project team for efficient and effective project delivery.
Serves as solutions-based expert applying consultative problem solving skills.
Identifies opportunities and develops tangible and commercial offerings.
Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA Consulting.
Has responsibility for people/talent development.

Experience
- Typically requires 10+ years of professional experience.
Knowledge
- Serves and is recognized as a thought leader in a technical specialty or industry and harvests new best practices to be implemented in project work.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree preferred
Skills and Abilities
In depth and long standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level.
Deep expertise in at least one practice area along with knowledge of all other practices.
Has deep experience in designing, developing, and finishing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that conform to accepted Data Architecture standards in life sciences.
Leads Architectural strategies on the enterprise data warehouse migration to Cloud platforms e.g., integration with Data Lake, migration of data from on-prem service to Snowflake and Databricks storage.
Exemplary experience with modern data stacks (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, SQL, Snowflake data storage) to help build a modern platform for data that will be sourced from a variety of analytic and operational applications including but not limited to transactional claims data, sensitive financial data, client’s CRM data, digital data etc.
Exemplary business development skills alongside broad knowledge of the life science industry.
In-depth understanding of the IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
Has deep understanding of how data is stored and used to support analytical and operational reporting including architectural dependencies, high-volume processing, and enterprise-level integration.
Knowledge of technology consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to life science functional area.
Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
Ability to profitably price engagements for information management including but not limited to data warehousing, data quality frameworks, data and technology assessments, next-gen data marts.
Collaborate within Commercial Operations, and cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access & Trade, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, to resolve complex systems, data & data flow issues as well as identify new opportunities.
Oversee the build and maintenance of Analytics Ready Data Sets for commercial business units with product performance metrics, managed care information, customer profile information to facilitate self-service analytics.
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring data quality and integrity by actively monitoring data quality and resolving data-related issues and disruptions and partnering with data suppliers to ensure compliance in the timing, accuracy, and format of data received.
Has excellent client relationship and influencing skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $180,500.00 - $368,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
