Job Description
Oracle Cloud is the fastest growing hyperscale cloud service provider, and the only cloud that delivers
complete cloud services around the world, across clouds, or in a customer’s own data center. Oracle
Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) offers a common set of over one-hundred services – from containers and
VMware to Superclusters of GPUs for training the latest AI models – and spans 65 cloud regions.
Oracle is seeking a results-driven product marketing professional with the proven ability to deliver high
impact, strategic plans and content assets in a fast-paced cross-functional environment while multi-
tasking complex projects. This role needs to contribute individually, as a team member, and as a leader
providing direction to others in virtual teams. The work is non-routine and requires advanced
technical/business skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, public speaking or
experience as a technology product spokesperson, and demonstrated product marketing experience are
required. The successful candidate will be a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic team player. Requires 8
years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
Locating in Redwood City, CA is preferred.
Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
Craft compelling audience- and initiative-specific messages, content, and tools, rooted in product differentiators, product truth, competitive intelligence, and customer evidence.
Launch key products with a comprehensive bill of material for our customers, Oracle field, and partners.
Provide guidance and review for a wide range of content that fuels the top, middle, and bottom of the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Product, Demand Gen, PR, Cloud Engineering, and other teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of B2B product marketing or product management experience
Prior success in leading go-to-market strategy and product launch across all phases for enterprise software, cloud platform, or cloud infrastructure.
Prior success in developing and deploying compelling product positioning and messaging and creating content for key personas in the cloud infrastructure and platform domain.
Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, software, and artificial intelligence.
Demonstrated ability to produce compelling, high-quality work on short timelines in a sometimes ambiguous environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to distill complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways and communicate them in words, written communications, or graphics.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Product management experience in the cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, or AI domains

Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
