Job Description
Summary: Drive strategic definition, evaluation, and alignment on market sub segments. Articulate our key value propositions, why we win with our current prospects, and why we lose. Identify key competitors and how we win today and where we'll win more in the future. Perspective on build, buy, or partner for solution spaces. Incorporate our upgrade needs and contribute to strategy. Contribute to strategy design. Contribute to longer term technology and application planning. Collaborate with GTM, services, legal, security and compliance, and other internal organizations.
Product Manager to drive the strategic definition, evaluation, and alignment of our market sub-segments. Develop a deep understanding of the mid-market landscape, a proven track record in product strategy.
Example Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a product strategy for the targeted mid-market sub-segments. Identify key value propositions, competitive differentiators, and growth opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends. Identify key competitors and develop strategies to outperform them.
Milestone definition: Define and prioritize product features and functionalities aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the go-to-market team to develop effective launch plans and messaging for new products and features.
Upgrade Strategy: Contribute to the development of and incorporate upgrade strategies.
Long-Term Vision: Participate in the development of the long-term product strategy
Strategy Design: Contribute to operationalizing our strategy development processes.
Solution Development: Provide insights on build, buy, or partner decisions for different solution areas.
Qualifications:
NetSuite experience
Proven track record in product management with a focus on B2B SaaS software products.
Deep understanding of the mid-market segment and its specific needs and challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
