Oracle Principal Partner Product Marketing Manager, Cloud Partners GTM (REMOTE) in Boston, Massachusetts
The OCI Cloud Partner Product Marketing Manager will provide leadership and execution for joint go-to-market for strategic OCI technology and system integrator partners. This will be a senior matrix leadership role, collaborating across product marketers, product managers, and partner managers to support the joint demand generation, business development, training, and success for diverse partner solutions like VMware, ServiceNow, Nvidia, security and infrastructure ISVs, and select global system integrators.
This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working within a complex technical setting with rapid changes in requirements, direction, and environment. You should be a full-stack cloud marketer, with enough technical expertise to engage both technical and business personas alike.

Develop joint solution marketing story and assets together with each partner
Lead and manage a cross functional team to develop plans and strategies to deliver partner joint GTM programs, campaigns, and metrics for continuous improvement
Build the strategy and lead a team to evaluate, measure, and report on effectiveness of GTM efforts
Evangelize the joint partner solution and educate OCI’s Field and channel teams Skills
Strategic relationship builder with the ability to matrix manage across broad geographies and lead through influence
Experience engaging and developing business with Global and Regional System Integrators and Managed Service Providers
Experience in building, managing, and developing an impactful, cross functional team
Authority in theoretical and practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform technologies and customer needs (particularly for software developers, DevOps, and operators)
Consistent track record to adapt quickly in an ambiguous environment without close supervision
Proven ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle
Experience creating content including, but not limited to the following formats: presentations, blogs, white boards, videos, technical guides, architecture diagrams
Strong presentation skills of technical content
8+ years experience across product/solutions marketing, partner business development, and/or technical sales/go-to-market
10+ years of experience in the enterprise applications, databases, IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, virtualization
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
