RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with Clients Stakeholders to navigate their objectives and position EPAM’s data offering to solve them

  • Define the best possible solution for the outlined business and technology problem alongside the client and EPAM Practice leads

  • Coordinate with EPAM’s FS BU to participate in the go to market strategy, offerings, and opportunity development

  • Lead all relevant Business Development activities from initial discussions to final stages of SOW creation

  • Collaborate with Data Practice leaders, offering owners and the supply organization to improve and calibrate the alignment of our services to the customer needs

  • Manage consulting engagements from establishing initial phases of sold opportunities to gradually transitioning them to the Delivery organization

  • Build strategic plans within client organizations and be capable to establish proper program governance process and communication cadence

  • Monitor the data analytics landscape and recent trends within finance industry

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven history working with Customer Relationship Management, Pre-sales, Contract Negotiation and Enterprise Data Solutioning

  • Expert In Business Development within the financial services sector

  • Extensive experience in digital payment processing, banking or fintech products with a heavy data emphasis such as Data Lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions and BI Reporting

  • Highly skilled with orchestrating presales activities and establishing programs

  • Strong project management skills and ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged

  • Comfortable expressing ideas to both business and technical audiences

  • Strong Understanding of Data Services within AWS, Azure and GCP such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse and GCP Big Query

  • Knowledge of Data Processing patterns, Analytical Data Warehousing and Data visualization

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
