Clover Food Lab Performance Marketing Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
Clover Food Lab is a values-based fast casual restaurant with giant goals: we’re seeking to address global warming by getting meat lovers to dream about vegetables. We currently operate 12 restaurants and a Meal Kit Box delivery service in the Boston area. Clover has been featured in both local and national press and has won numerous awards for our food and progressive business practices.
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone to further develop Clover’s D2C brand. This person will be responsible for driving revenue for Clover through digital campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting. We’re looking for an energetic individual with a passion for food and a desire to drive positive change. You are organized and independent; you are at once a strong individual contributor and a dynamic team player. You are comfortable working in a resource-constrained environment and thrive on rooting out new ways to keep moving the ball forward.
Campaign strategy and creation, campaign management, monitoring and reporting
Own marketing metrics and key performance indicators, and utilize data to continuously analyze and refine existing campaigns
Work with agency partners to identify and explore ideas to leverage trends
Design and execute digital ads on Facebook and Google, etc.
Develop and integrate communications strategy for social media channels
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields
5+ years of experience working in a performance marketing capacity
Experience with direct response campaigns with specific KPI’s
Experience with Google Analytics and Social Media platforms
Advanced Excel skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations/needs
A passion for food and a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Self-motivated and self-directed
This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the CEO and founder, Ayr Muir.
