Chewy Performance Marketing Relationships Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Relationships Manager to join our Performance Marketing Relationships team in Boston, MA.

The primary focus of this role is to manage processes, technologies, or platforms for campaign managers to utilize in ongoing testing and optimization to enable channels to deliver on their objectives more efficiently. This role is scoped around these focus areas: 1) Ongoing and iterative A/B and multivariate testing process (creative and landing page) including leading test design, managing to execution timeframes, readout support, 2) Channel incrementality process including strategic oversight, test design, execution, readout (in conjunction with marketing analytics), 3) Product development that enables channels to operate at depth on front end (campaign design and management) and back end (campaign analysis, merch class performance against strategic priorities, marginal yield curve of channels/tactics, cohort LTV analysis), and 4) Iterative product and process development including recurring analysis, industry data and analysis (platforms and 3rd parties), and other inputs.

This team member will support and manage the processes needed to scale ongoing A/B testing, and the processes needed to report out on layers of performance that provide more control and create more transparency to business stakeholders as to the outputs of Performance Marketing channels. \u0026amp;nbsp;This role will support on efforts to deliver on ad spend yield goals, as the yield of ad spend will improve as better tools, processes, and access to data improves channel performance indirectly over time – this means that this team member will need to drive adherence to owned processes from key stakeholders by executing processes and holding regular and ongoing lines of communication with channel teams as requested.

This role sits within our Performance Marketing Relationships team that works collaboratively across marketing, product, analytics and operations capabilities in the marketing organization to drive channel efficiency and growth.

What You\u0026#39;ll Do:

  • Manage ongoing processes with Performance Marketing campaign managers and stakeholders. Act as filter between channels and Marketing Product when timelines or prioritization aren’t clear and push for rationale that channel leads can understand and react to. Alert stakeholders when resources or project work is behind schedule or reprioritized

  • Connect channel teams to new data sources, ad technologies, industry trends, process improvements, and ad strategies. Work with Analytics and Product teams to execute projects on new reporting infrastructure

  • Hold regular 1:1 touchpoints to ensure you have a real-time pulse of stakeholder needs

  • Accelerate testing for performance channels and platforms utilizing data, landing pages, creative, etc. promoting a test and learn culture that enables us to learn quickly and fail fast

  • Help define audiences within our DMP, CDP, and platforms to target the correct segments within the channels. Ensure performance marketing teams are leveraging capabilities in the existing platforms

What You\u0026#39;ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics with demonstrated analytical experience and ownership

  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting environments and experience developing recurring reporting outputs

  • Examples of support on structured testing, and analysis of channel interplay and incrementality

  • Experience with common ad tech and ad products in large digital ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

  • Ability to adapt to real-time data inputs and information and prioritize tasks according to business impact

  • Advanced Excel skills, comfort level pulling and manipulating datasets, and interest in learning more (e.g. SQL)

  • Bachelor\u0026#39;s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, or related field

  • Position may require travel
