Expedient Performance Marketing Director in Boston, Massachusetts

As a result of our strong growth and expansion, we have an immediate opening for a dynamic Performance Marketing Director reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing. As an essential member of the Marketing leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in rolling out multi-modal marketing campaigns across digital/non-digital platforms, web, social, etc. You will employ a best-of-breed martech stack to support your modern marketing vision and deliver results.

What you will do:

  • Conceive and launch instrumented digital and multi-modal marketing campaigns to engage prospects, clients, and partners, driving engagement and consideration from MQL to SQL

  • Lead the creative elements of our marketing strategy including branding, brand stewardship, iconography, and brand expression in all marketing touches

  • Constantly review the presentation and impact of our website with an eye to continually improve based on how visitors traverse and engage throughout site. The goal is to have a world-class web presence that expresses the totality of what Expedient delivers to clients.

  • Provide creative direction across advertising (digital/non-digital), web design, videos, collateral, and other marketing elements

  • Design branded elements – from swag to booths, to banners and everything in between – assuring that the brand expression is preserved while engagement is maximized

  • Constantly monitor performance and analytics to determine what is working and what needs to be reviewed and improved to achieve best-in-class results

  • Work across business and revenue operations teams to assure clean flow of leads and data across systems and partner to create dashboards to share the impact from all marketing initiatives

  • Work with market expansion initiatives to support growth and entry into new markets in respective region

  • Manage and mentor a passionate team

    What we look for in you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in high-tech marketing, preferably in cloud computing, enterprise IT or alternative space with an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Sound business acumen and ability to understand complex concepts and package them into engaging, consumable elements

  • Current or past experience running marketing campaigns and/or managing campaign teams

  • Analytical thinker with experience in Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Pardot, Outreach, etc. with an ability to quickly pick up new technology

  • Insatiably creativity and curiosity – You Zig when Others Zag

  • Mastery of multi-tasking and ability to Keep Calm and Carry On
