Zoom Partner Profitability Lead in Boston, Massachusetts

What you can expect

The Partner Profitability Lead sets and executes the global strategy of how Zoom invests in partners to build and accelerate their Zoom practice and performance. This role is responsible for driving value exchange, ensuring every dollar invested has the highest possible ROI, partner transaction models lend to growth, and partner investments are competitive with other vendors in the industry. The Partner Profitability lead will work with finance, program managers, channel strategy leaders, operations and partners to develop the profitability strategy and ensure alignment, support, and execution of that strategy into all programs.

About the team

The Partner Profitability Lead will play a pivotal role in setting and executing the global strategy for how we invest in partners to build and accelerate their Zoom practice. This role is crucial in ensuring that our partner investments yield the highest possible return on investment (ROI) while maintaining competitiveness within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the multi-faceted strategy for partner profitability, aligning with the company's overall objectives and goals.

  • Owning the deal registration model, including program, policies, governance and profitability.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, program managers, channel strategy leaders, operations, and partners to develop and implement partner profitability initiatives.

  • Building individual incentive programs in alignment with profitability strategy including rebates, SPIFs, Funded Head, promotions, Deal Registration, MOUs and more.

  • Developing and maintaining profitability and ROI models

  • Analyzing partner investments and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Driving value exchange between Zoom and its partners, ensuring that investments result in mutual benefits and sustainable growth ensuring that partner investments are industry competitive and aligned with market trends.

  • Working closely with finance to track and measure the ROI of partner investments, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Tracking and reporting on invested dollars and resources to ensure ROI and Value Exchange.

  • Collaborating with designers to build customer, channel partner, and internal, program documents, business process and operations to message and execute programs.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of partner incentive and deal registration management experience in SaaS industry.

  • Experience gathering input and requirements from both internal and external stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy and plan.

  • Experience in building ROI financial models, detailed reporting, deal registration models and best practices

  • Experience of working in channel programs across multiple geographies

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM for tracking, analyzing and reporting partner performance.

  • Expertise in gathering, integrating, and delivering outcomes based upon stakeholder feedback.

  • Expertise in channel development in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS/Cloud business.

  • Display a proven record of implementing highly effective incentive programs as well as designing, developing, soliciting and implementing feedback, launching programs on time in a fast paced environment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$121,600.00

Maximum:

$266,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
