As the Paid Media Specialist, you will work directly on the global digital marketing campaigns for the company?s products. The focus will be driving growth and efficiencies in our paid media channels for our various brands under the company portfolio. As a well-rounded online marketer, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media platforms. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Director and will be on the Paid Media team. You will get extensive hands-on training across the SEM platforms, platforms, and strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
Own and drive the strategy for paid search, social and display for various brands in our portfolio.
Create and manage paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Instagram
Execute the daily optimization tasks, building out new campaigns, testing new ad copy and ad formats, and building audiences.
Responsible for achieving the profit goals for your campaigns.
Budget management ? own the budgets across the brands.
Conduct keyword research, write effective ad copy, audit search terms etc.
Adopt different bidding strategies depending on the campaign i.e. eCPC, ROAS, TCPA.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CPS?s and other important account metrics.
Provide weekly reporting and analysis of trend data across Paid Media campaigns.
Manage the relationships with third-party vendors.
Monitor paid media trends, best practices and techniques and share relevant insights with the team.
Understand and develop audience targeting across our brands.
Work with the analytics team on weekly reporting and identifying possible opportunities and challenges.
Provide the analytics team with spend numbers and projections on a weekly basis for Search, Social and Display across geos.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor?s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Economics)
2+ years? experience in Paid Media (search and social)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with paid media channels is a must? Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Instagram
Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to identify trend data
Intermediate skills in Excel and/or other analytical tools
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task while driving results
Tenacity, flexibility, dependability and the ability to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process
Excellent oral, presentation and written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to work as a member of the team while taking ownership of projects
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must
An eye for detail with a focus on how it fits into the bigger picture
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Google Ads Certified
Nice to have:
BI or similar analytical tool experience
Marin or similar third-party software experience
