Zebra’s global OEM sales team is a world class organization and supported by a market share leading portfolio worldwide. The role is a direct, territory sales position in North America. The individual in this role is responsible for the recruitment, enablement, and development of net new OEM customers in their respective territory, focusing on verticals such as Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehousing and Logistics. In addition to a focus on verticals, this individual will also focus on technologies such as point-of-sale, kiosk, robotics, vision/ai, medical diagnostics and other market trends. The success of the role will be measured on a combination of new client acquisition, client expansion and revenue targets.

This remote role ideally will be based within the Northeast territory with the ability to travel 50% post COVID. Willing to be flexible on location for individuals that reside in IL near a major airport with the ability to accommodate the travel/territory expectations.


  1. Bachelor's or equivalent experience

  2. 2 + years of applicable sales experience specifically in a territory development, business development, hunter-type role

  3. Ability to travel 50% or more as business dictates and reside within the Northeast region. Willing to consider candidates that reside in IL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tech sales

  • Current/previous OEM experience a plus, but not required

  • Demonstrated record of achievement in managing a multi-state territory against company targets

  • Solid track record of performance against revenue metrics (revenue & profitability)

  • Appetite and confidence to prospect

  • Must be customer-oriented, able to influence customers at all levels and a strong teammate with a partnering mindset

  • Exceptional communication

  • Discipline to work remotely, and plan business travel in order to optimize time in the field
