Hill-Rom Northeast Ambulatory Sales Regional Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
As the Northeast Ambulatory Care Sales Regional Manager, reporting to the VP of Ambulatory Care Sales, you will manage a region covering Maine to DC. You will develop and execute the regional business plan, build and leverage dealer networks, develop key accounts and drive profitable territory and regional growth.
As an organized self-starter you understand advancing medical technologies and effectively communicate and present customer value propositions embraced by executive management. You are available to travel up to 50-70% and open to relocation.
As a manager and coach, you will:
Motivate your team to successfully manage time, territory, customers and opportunities.
Lead your team to successful goal attainment through timely execution of business plans.
Utilize CRM to develop forecasts and move business to close in an efficient and timely manner.
Coach team members on both deal and skill-based opportunities.
Drive connectivity strategy and deliver on our integrated solutions platform.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to close large opportunities.
Manage a network of distributors throughout the Northeast Region.
Understand the IDN market and the changing medical industry landscape.
Have a high level of knowledge of the competition.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 5-8 years of demonstrated experience as a top level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience in effectively hiring, developing and managing the performance of a remote sales team
Strong background working with IDNs
Demonstrated ability to work with and build dealer relationships
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Ability to travel at least 50%
