Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a New Business Executive to join our Schools Segment covering the Mid-Atlantic.
This is a remote role. Candidates should be based in anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic territory with proximity to a major airport.
The successful candidate will:
Investigate and analyze new business opportunities; develop and maintain positive business relationships with potential clients; build both internal and external networks
Examine client needs to maximize business and/or solutions for business concerns; perform cost-benefits and needs analysis. Apply all Global Sales Academy/Selling the Sodexo Way behaviors and methods.
Develop and implement the business plan, budget and forecasts to achieve sales, market share, hit rate and market growth targets to attain overall financial goals
Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and assist in the development of contractual sales documents
Research growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies and complies with all CRM requirements
Sell profitable new business and generate new revenue growth from the right clients under the right terms for Sodexo.
Secure and sustain continued business development opportunities for the Company.
Develop business solutions to improve client operations and reduce operating costs based on knowledge of organizational strengths and weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, competitors and customer needs.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
A minimum of 7 years’ experience and demonstrated success with large, complex, multi-million-dollar sales.
Ahunter and relationship builderwho has proven ability to handle a develop a large number of prospective clients across a multi-state territory.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills (bothwritten and verbal.)
Demonstrated success developing and implementing short- and long-range sales strategies to achieve targeted new sales goals.
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams for proposal development and delivery.
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of contract management.
C-level sales acumen.
Technical, Financial, and project management skills

Position Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 7 years
