Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.

EOY is a global awards program in nearly 60 countries worldwide, with 20 regional programs across the US. The Entrepreneur Of The Year US Assistant Director will strategically help to elevate the position of EY’s distinctive EOY brand. Reporting to the Americas EOY Brand, Alumni and Strategic Growth Forum (SGF) Leader, you will play a crucial role in the annual activation of the EOY brand campaign and other key program initiatives. You will provide ongoing marketing and communications support and enablement for twenty (20) regional EOY program teams across the US ensuring that we go to market in a consistent way while staying true to the distinct geographies.
Your key responsibilities
Manage a complex annual EOY work-plan consisting of multiple marketing and communications deliverables that support EOY activation in the field.
Drive consistent brand execution for all US EOY microsites on an ongoing basis to ensure uniformity of content, structure and functionality throughout all phases of the annual program lifecycle.
Manage multiple internal resources to ensure effective and consistent delivery of enablement tools and templates for regional EOY teams, including ongoing modernization and management of the EOY Zone.
Support brand and production agency engagement projects driven from the National EOY team, as needed (i.e.: the annual brand campaign and/or virtual event production)
Support EOY alumni activation efforts driven from the National EOY team.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in areas such as communications, digital marketing, social media, creative services, procurement, EY Knowledge, Independence and the regional EOY teams.
Support various initiatives related to EY’s entrepreneurial programs and the Strategic Growth Forum.

An excellent communicator who stays level-headed under pressure.
Ability to gather feedback from teams in the field and have a point of view in order to produce high-quality deliverables.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Outstanding communication abilities and experience, both written and verbal. The ability to write well is a must for this role.
Strong project management skills and proficiency at managing multiple complex and competing time-sensitive projects.
The ability to think commercially about how the EOY marketing, communications and programmatic efforts enable local teams in the field to drive new business and grow the Core.
Demonstrated ability to interface with senior management and team with diverse stakeholder groups
5+ years of marketing and communication experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
Direct experience managing/coordinating an Entrepreneur Of The Year program is strongly preferred
An understanding of EY’s business and EY Private strategy is preferred.
A proven track record of success in a large, global and highly matrixed enterprise
