ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
We're looking for a VP Marketing to join and lead the growing NA Vibram North America Marketing team to bring big, bold ideas to market that accelerate our continued transformation as a Consumer Led Brand. We're looking for leaders who have an outstanding mix of art and science to reimagine consumer experience, consumer engagement, and consumer value and to build awareness of Vibram North America as your home for sport. Our most successful leaders in this space are future forward problem solvers, innovators, share a passion for sport and culture, are highly analytical and results driven, and great teammates.
8-10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
5 years of experience in marketing mgmt. and Digital enablement
Proficiency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
Demonstrated ability of developing go-to-market plans for highly visible brands
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture-someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in Direct digital marketing, content creation, and social media
Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Marketing Degree required plus > 5-10 years of relevant footwear/retail sales experience.
Retail background in Outdoor, Running or Shoe stores preferred.
