Microsoft Corporation Modern Work Partner Sales Campaign Lead in Boston, Massachusetts

Microsoft’s Global Digital Channel Sales team is looking for an individual with a passion for helping our partners successfully increase their business and revenue potential. In this role you’ll be responsible for defining and executing digital campaigns and offers that drive Modern Work growth with scale-managed partners.

The Modern Work Digital Sales campaign lead will have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, along with a solid understandingof channel sales through digital capabilities. They shouldbe experienced in working cross functionallywith multiple stakeholders to build and deliver integrated partner marketing campaigns and offers to accelerate Modern Work growth through our scale-managed channel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce sales, creative campaign development, and extensive analytic and data-driven demand generation experience.You’ll partner closely with sales, business planning and Business Groups to build scale-managed to- and through partner experience, messaging, programs and execute campaigns to accelerate partner success and growth.

Responsibilities

The Modern Work Sales Campaign lead responsibilities include:

  • Drives Modern Work scale managed partner growth with a goal to grow the overall sales funneland revenue with focus in SMB.

  • Deliver revenue results and performance insights through workstreams and formal business reviews.

  • Drive continuous portfolio optimization of Modern Work partners’ performance as measured by revenue, pipeline, consumption, usage, and partner Build and execute to and through-partner sales campaign strategy, process through sales plays growth opportunities leveraging leading martech digital experiences.

  • Provide insights into competitive landscape, market trends and products to ensure that we enable best in class partners.

  • Provide comprehensive and detailed reporting of sales campaign metrics at a global,regionaland local level againstOKRs.

  • Develop reporting capabilities to track weekly, monthly,quarterlyand annual growth.Use Partner sales and campaign tools and platforms to deliver scalable activityworldwide.

  • Report on business performance of Modern Work partners through monthly/quarterly reviews aligned to targets

  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to develop, launch, assess performance of, and iterate on digital campaigns in owned & operated channels (e.g., email, in-product messaging) to build durable marketing programs that address partners at various stages of their lifecycle.

  • Work with creative agency to develop our digital marketing assets to support your initiatives, ensuring a high quality bar in creative and messaging.

  • Work with our partner success desks to integrate and land Modern Work campaigns and the sales play market opportunites with our priority scale-managed partners

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience marketing Microsoft Cloud or competitive cloud technologies – Modern Work and SMB partner business focus a plus

  • 3+ years experience developing sales and marketing campaigns leveraging omni-channel execution.

  • Experience delivering insights, representing business results in executive reviews

  • Experience developing requirements for data modeling and reporting

  • Experience in field or corporate/B2B marketing and digital sales practices.

  • Experience working with connectedbreadth sales &marketing engines.

  • Familiar with services and channel partners landscape and market opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work with development teams to design digital journeys, martech requirements, audience experiences

  • Demonstrated adaptability, effective collaboration skills, customer obsession, drive for results, key insights that link marketing execution to business outcomes, and ability to learn/share the value proposition of Microsoft solutions.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Creative, open minded, driven, pragmatic, and easy to work with. Good track record of strong relationships with sales teams and partners.High comfort level operating in a very fast paced environment. Ease of adapting to changes and driving business results

  • Ability to provide examples of work upon request

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $133,101 and $171,500.
