Marketing Manager, Payer Segment Marketing
What will I be responsible for in this job?
Support team within Payer Segment Marketing organization.
Support development of key strategic messaging platform to support the sales team. Continually assess and evolve messaging strategies, ensuring maximal effectiveness and differentiation.
Identify and develop sales tools, demand gen and thought leadership to support the sales team, including but not limited to ROI Value presentation apps, PowerPoint presentations, proof sources (i.e. case studies, white papers, etc), and other print and digital leave behind materials.
Collaboratively identify and develop highly targeted and coordinated promotional campaigns, including but not limited to PR, events, webinars, web & social promotion, digital and print advertising, etc.
Identify metrics and routinely measure success for related promotional activities, ensuring maximal ROI in developing enhanced messaging awareness and lead generation.
Support Payer Marketing team on unique projects to ensure message integrity and integration.
What are the Requirements?
6+ years of B2B marketing experience - payer segment marketing preferred
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong writing skills
Knowledge of the healthcare information systems space
Proficient at executing when experience and/or information technology g multiple competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
General knowledge of Microsoft Office
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Strong power point skills, experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
How much should I expect to travel?Minimal travel - less that 10%
