Kforce Marketing Specialist 2 in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in search of a Marketing Specialist 2 in Boston, MA.Duties: * Work with the Paid Digital Media Manager for North America regions to brainstorm and develop solutions for campaign needs and objectives * Work with internal creative and content services, external marketing agencies and demand managers to help with the development of ad and landing page content, providing expertise from the paid media space on best practices to follow * Review campaign reporting and revise and deliver reports to stakeholders in a digestible format * Contribute to brand growth initiatives alongside the Brand and Media team, helping leverage and monitor new branding and messaging within the market as well as strategizing around company milestones * Highlight key initiatives and learnings to bring to Global marketing sessions * Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably (but not required), in Communications or Marketing * 2 years of experience in digital marketing (paid and/or organic) * Experience with Google Ads or SA360/DV360, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Analytics * Comfortable reviewing and analyzing campaign reporting * Willing to step out of comfort zone to provide insights and recommendations * Enthusiasm and positivity is a must * Strong project management and organizational skills * Ability to work closely within a team and prioritize and manage time effectively * Has a passion and intellectual curiosity for all things digital and emerging technologies; Keeps abreast of the latest industry news and vendors * Outstanding team player, collaborator, and consensus-builder, with a knack for earning respect and credibility quickly from management * A problem-solver, a self-starter, and a design-thinker by nature Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
