Bank of America Marketing Measurement Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

This dynamic position within the Marketing Analytics team will focus on translating customer data into insights that drive key business and marketing strategies. The individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives that will shape the future of the business for all Bank of America branded consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define requirements for our teams to leverage analytical methods and data science techniques to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations for a business audience

  • Define needs and drive business milestones for the Development of scalable models/algorithms to uncover trends, patterns and insights in marketing performance.

  • Detect, monitor, and forecast trend forces utilizing data sets from multiple sources (both traditional and digital specific)

  • Key stakeholder in driving new thinking around marketing measurement

  • Provide thought leadership to enhance critical organizational capabilities around marketing measurement and marketing impact. Collaborate with partners on marketing team to develop and implement initiatives to drive profitable growth

  • Measure campaign performance and effectively communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance,economics, engineering, or mathematics. MBA preferred.

  • 5-10 years analytics experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis. Finance services industry experience preferred.

  • Experience in market research/insights/analytics, business intelligence, competitive intelligence or other similar function. eCommerce / Digital space experience preferred.

  • Experience/familiarity with modeling and analytical methodology including, but not exclusively, longitudinal analyses, multi-level modeling and multivariate analyses of variance

  • Proficiency in a programming language. SAS and SQL preferred
