Marketing Operations (MO) professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications. In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models. These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions.

As the Marketing Enablement Team Implementation Specialist, you are a skilled professional with experience managing stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions. You will be part of the Marketing Operations global enablement platform team who are responsible for designing best-in-class processes and technology solutions to automate and scale operations across our Marketing Operations and Interactive offering. The team has a broad set of responsibilities that spans geographies, clients, and functional areas, to develop and maintain market-leading technologies and processes that are supporting an internal and external stakeholder base.
Support the planning and creation of new client-specific configurations within SynOps for Marketing for individual client account teams, by cultivating a thorough understanding of users’ needs and detailed product knowledge to design a solution that supports the Delivery team’s business processes
Fosters internal client relationships to build trust
Through analysis of the expected processes, converts business requirements into functional requirements to construct and deploy the appropriate objects and settings within SynOps for Marketing, while leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
Uses considerable independent judgment to create solutions but seeks guidance through unprecedented scenarios
Delivery of a high-quality configuration should ensure that the technology solution can accommodate both current and future needs, including the in-depth training of new end users on proper procedures
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project or account management for external or internal clients
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process design or documentation
Minimum of 3 years’ experience using a workflow management system (Workfront or other Marketing Resource Management (MRM) systems preferred)
Experience in the Marketing and Advertising function
Workfront ( or other Marketing Resource Management (MRM) systems) Administration Experience/ or Certification (or willing to be certified upon hiring)
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes
Strong communication skills (including verbal, written, and presentation skills) and presence; an ability to prepare succinct, structured, and relevant messages to business leaders
Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels
Demonstrated collaboration in a professional setting
Interest in enhancing our SynOps for Marketing product suite and knowledge transfer capabilities (e.g. development of training materials, feedback on products, dissemination of information to teams/accounts)
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint to analyze information and create training materials and reference guides. Ability to work independently and to facilitate the development of internal process standards and guidelines
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively in a matrix environment
Ability to travel up to 20%
